&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;The Head of Strategy - Financial Products is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, driving, and executing the strategic direction of all product offerings. This role requires collaboration across various teams, with a key focus on innovation, regulatory alignment, and market competitiveness. As a product leader, you will oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring that the company&#039;s product suite evolves to meet customer needs and industry trends while also maintaining alignment with business objectives.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Defining the Product Roadmap:&lt;/strong&gt; You will establish and prioritise the product roadmap to ensure it aligns with customer demands, adheres to regulatory requirements, and integrates technological advancements effectively.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Overseeing the Product Lifecycle:&lt;/strong&gt; You will manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, which includes overseeing the ideation, design, development, testing, and go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product delivery.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Conducting Market Analysis:&lt;/strong&gt; Regularly analysing market trends and benchmarking against competitors will be essential to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Managing Customer Feedback Platforms:&lt;/strong&gt; You will oversee platforms that gather customer feedback, analysing this data to identify areas for improvement or potential new product development.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Leading Product Development Teams:&lt;/strong&gt; Building and guiding a high-performing product development team will be crucial, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability to drive results.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Monitoring Product Performance:&lt;/strong&gt; You will be responsible for tracking product performance and related financial metrics, making adjustments as necessary to meet business targets and reviewing the Tariff of Charges.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Staying Current on Industry Trends:&lt;/strong&gt; Keeping abreast of the latest trends in banking technology and financial services, particularly in relation to the Temenos platform, will ensure compliance and competitive advantage.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience:&lt;/strong&gt; Minimum of 2 years in product management and development, preferably in the banking or financial technology sector. Experience with the Temenos suite will be an asset.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;﻿Qualifications:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;﻿A Bachelor&#039;s degree in Banking, Computer Science, Business Management, Economics, or a related financial field is required. An MBA or similar qualification will be viewed as advantageous.﻿&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Language Skills:&lt;/strong&gt; Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Communication Skills:&lt;/strong&gt; Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interpersonal Skills:&lt;/strong&gt; You will need to effectively lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Technical Skills:&lt;/strong&gt; A solid understanding of banking operations, digital banking trends, and regulatory requirements, alongside experience with banking technologies.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Organisation:&lt;/strong&gt; Exceptional organisational and time management skills to balance various product initiatives.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Self-Motivated:&lt;/strong&gt; A self-starter who is proactive in driving product strategies while ensuring collaboration with senior management and relevant teams.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Problem-Solving:&lt;/strong&gt; Excellent analytical skills, especially in customer-centric product design and market competitiveness.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
