Hotel Reservations & Revenue Manager
Sterling Jewellers is seeking a dynamic, organised, and detail-oriented Hotel Reservations & Revenue Manager to oversee reservations, optimise pricing strategies, and maximise the performance of our boutique hotel portfolio.
In this role, you will manage online travel agency (OTA) platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia, oversee daily reservation operations, and implement revenue management strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability. Working closely with management and housekeeping teams, you will help ensure an exceptional guest experience while analysing performance data to identify opportunities for continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations across all booking channels and OTA platforms.
- Monitor and optimise room rates, occupancy, and revenue performance.
- Oversee channel management and inventory distribution.
- Analyse booking trends and market performance to implement effective pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with management and housekeeping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend initiatives to improve revenue and guest satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Experienced in managing OTA platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia.
- Proficient in using Staah and RoomMaster hotel management systems.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations, revenue management, or a similar hospitality role.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles and rate optimisation.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
