Responsibilities:
· Oversee recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, shortlisting CVs, conducting interviews, and finalising candidate selections.
· Manage onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company.
· Handle work permits and documentation for non-EU employees.
· Support HR operations by maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
· Draft and maintain HR documents, forms, and reports.
· Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring effective filing systems and efficient operations.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily HR operations.
· Perform other day-to-day HR-related duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and email communication.
· Strong administrative and organisational skills, with effective record-keeping.
· Experience working with diverse teams and individuals.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English.
· Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
· A certificate in Human Resources is an asset.
· Knowledge of payroll software is considered an advantage.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
· On-the-job training will be provided.
