Job Summary
Pharmadox Healthcare are looking for a proactive and organised HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support across HR and office operations, ensuring that employee records, and day-to-day administrative activities are managed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration & Filing
- Maintain accurate and organised employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle general filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
- Work Permit Administration
- Assist with the preparation and administration of work permit applications.
- Coordinate the collection, scanning, and organisation of required employee documentation.
- Coordinate health screenings and related appointments for employees.
- Liaise with employees to ensure all required documentation is collected within the required timeframes.
- Employee Engagement & Onboarding Support
- Assist with employee onboarding and engagement activities.
- Coordinate office tours for new employees.
- Assist with punch clock registration and ensure employee attendance records are correctly set up.
- Provide general administrative support to employees throughout their onboarding process.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office administration.

Qualification Requirements
· Proficient in use of English
· Proficient in use of General Microsoft Office Applications
· Preferably knowledgeable of Payroll & HR software (Dakar)
· Working Experience in a similar role is preferred
· Knowledge of work permits, administration and payroll systems
