HR Officer

We are looking for a HR Officer to join our team to support in general HR duties, more specifically focusing on Talent Acquisition, on a full-time basis. Our workforce is diverse, and we value strength of personality and the right fit for our culture.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the recruitment process specifically on attracting, sourcing and recruiting candidates and handling of work permits for TCNs
• Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the HR functions by maintaining existing HR processes and procedures
• Assisting in HR Reports and manage HR Analytics
• Supporting employees in various HR queries in a prompt and efficient manner
• Assisting in the maintenance of the HR Management System
• Any other ad hoc administrative duties required for the department

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years’ experience working in Human Resources
• Degree or Diploma in Business Management or Human Resources considered an asset
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• A sound knowledge of IT applications
• Proficient in the use of both Maltese and English languages.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships
• The ability to multi-task when under pressure, whilst maintaining accuracy
• An inquisitive mind and eagerness to learn
• An ability to exercise sensitivity and confidentiality and must be able to act with discretion
