✔ Maintaining accurate employee records and contracts
✔ Processing monthly payroll, including salaries, allowances, and statutory contributions
✔ Handling employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies
✔ Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
✔ Managing leave, absences, and attendance records
✔ Generating HR & payroll reports
✔ Coordinating Third Country National (TCN) applications via the Identità Portal
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Previous experience in HR administration and payroll processing
🔹 Good knowledge of local labour laws and payroll regulations
🔹 Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
🔹 Excellent communication and confidentiality handling
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office and Shireburn Indigo
