About This Job

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team and take ownership of a wide range of HR responsibilities. This role requires a hands-on HR professional who can manage the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Handle work permit applications and renewals in coordination with government authorities.
• Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes efficiently to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, liaising with Finance and ensuring statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with external entities such as the Housing Authority, Identità Malta, and other government agencies as required.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety policies and company HR procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and management.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and effective conflict resolution.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
• Lead performance management activities, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback discussions.
• Ensure consistent policy communication and enforcement across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Solid understanding of HR operations, employment law, and compliance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience using payroll systems is an advantage.
• Experience in applying work permits and renewals
