Role Overview In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Client's performance management programme, overseeing training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
\n
Manage the company's performance management programme, including job descriptions, training plans, and final appraisals.
Provide company induction training for all employees and service providers.
Supervise the maintenance of updated personal records for all employees.
Assist the HR Manager with disciplinary and grievance issues as needed.
Prepare HR reports and ensure timely issuance.
Participate in organising training and development programs, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Implement policies and procedures to foster effective employee relations.
Support the HR Manager with ad-hoc projects such as the KPI process.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

Experience in providing employee training and development.
Expertise in enhancing existing HR programs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Experience with KPIs.
