Role Overview \nWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our Client’s dynamic organisation within the FMCG sector. Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and practices.

Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development initiatives that support employee growth and performance.
\n\t
Compliance and Risk: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local employment legislation and ensure full compliance to mitigate legal risks.

Policy Management: Develop, revise, and communicate HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal standards and the organisation’s culture.

HR Administration: Manage all HR documentation and reporting, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

Education: A recognised qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced industry.

Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
\n\t
Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and empathetic communicator, capable of handling sensitive issues professionally.
\n\t
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues at all levels.
\n\t
Technical Skills: Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices, with strong administrative capabilities.
