\nCompany & Departmental Org Charts: Maintain and update organisational charts to reflect changes in structure.
\nJob Descriptions: Prepare and update job descriptions to ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities.
\nSuggestion Scheme: Manage and promote the company's suggestion scheme, encouraging innovative ideas from employees.

\nCollective Agreement (CA) Negotiation Support: Provide administrative and analytical support during CA negotiations.

Exit Interviews: Conduct comprehensive exit interviews, analyse feedback, and provide actionable insights to improve employee retention.
Sick Leave Interviews: Manage and conduct sick leave interviews to ensure the well-being of employees and compliance with company policies.
\nDiscipline & Grievances: Assist in handling disciplinary actions and grievance procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
\nIndustrial Relations Support: Provide support in managing industrial relations, including liaising with unions and assisting in negotiations.
\n\nQualifications, Skills and Attributes
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field. Master's level, would be an asset.
\nStrong experience in HR functions, particularly in employee engagement and organisational development.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion.
\nKnowledge of Maltese labour laws and industrial relations.
\nDemonstrated experience in policy development and performance management.
\nProficiency in conducting employee surveys, focus groups, and 360° feedback processes.
