This role is a unique blend of operational management and business development, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and the sales department. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, drive continuous improvement, and expand the service offerings to ensure long-term business success. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Operational Oversight&lt;/strong&gt;: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Managed Services Business Unit, ensuring services meet or exceed SLAs and client expectations.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Process Improvement&lt;/strong&gt;: Implement and drive continuous enhancements to improve efficiency, performance, and service quality.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Business Development&lt;/strong&gt;: Work closely with the Sales team to identify and secure new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Solution Development&lt;/strong&gt;: Lead or support the creation of customised solutions for clients, including proposal preparation and presentations.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Client Relations&lt;/strong&gt;: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Team Leadership&lt;/strong&gt;: Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Managed Services professionals.  &lt;/li&gt;
