&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Role Description:&lt;/strong&gt; We are seeking a full-time Information Technology Network Engineer to join our team. The Network Engineer will play a crucial role in network administration, network engineering, network security, troubleshooting, and other IT-related tasks for our partners and clients. This hybrid role requires presence in Malta, with flexibility for remote work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Network Administration:&lt;/strong&gt; Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Network Engineering:&lt;/strong&gt; Design, implement, and manage network solutions to meet the needs of our clients.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Network Security:&lt;/strong&gt; Implement and monitor security measures to protect data, systems, and networks from cyber threats.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Troubleshooting:&lt;/strong&gt; Diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently, minimizing downtime.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IT Support:&lt;/strong&gt; Provide technical support and expertise to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and operational efficiency.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Technical Skills:&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Proficiency in Network Administration, Network Engineering, and Network Security.&lt;br&gt;Strong troubleshooting and Information Technology knowledge.&lt;br&gt;Experience with network protocols and technologies.&lt;br&gt;Knowledge of IT infrastructure and security best practices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Certifications:&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are highly desirable.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience:&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Prior experience in the Maritime industry is beneficial.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Soft Skills:&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&lt;br&gt;Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Additional Requirements:&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Ability to travel on short notice.&lt;br&gt;Willingness to spend time abroad when necessary.&lt;br&gt;Independent and self-sufficient in managing tasks and responsibilities.&lt;/li&gt;
