&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Your Day-to-Day Will Include:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Managing and maintaining servers, networks, and system infrastructure&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Providing first-line support to staff, resolving technical issues quickly and professionally&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitoring systems for performance and security issues&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensuring data backups and disaster recovery plans are in place and functional&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Supporting a variety of digital tools and in-house systems essential to operations&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You Bring to the Table:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in a similar IT Administrator or Support role&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, networking protocols and cybersecurity best practices&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A proactive mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A passion for staying current with evolving technologies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
