Role Overview \nAs an IT Business Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between IT and business needs. You will be responsible for identifying business challenges, developing and implementing IT solutions, and driving positive change across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Hands-on Support: Assist with data collection and analysis to identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement. Support the development and implementation of IT solutions, including software selection, configuration, and testing.
\n\t
Technical Support: Provide ongoing support to internal users, assisting with troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations across departments. Conduct user training and produce documentation for new systems and processes.
\n\t
Change Management: Support the development and implementation of change management plans for IT solutions. Engage with stakeholders to ensure the adoption of new technologies and processes while assisting with training and user support activities.
\n\t
Budgeting and KPIs: Contribute to the development and monitoring of IT project budgets. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT solutions, reporting progress and conducting cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions.

Assist the Business Technology Manager: Manage assigned projects and tasks with minimal supervision. Conduct research, prepare reports, and present findings on relevant IT topics. Stay informed about the latest IT trends and technologies to help improve the company's IT strategy.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\n\n
\n\t
Education: Diploma in IT, Computer Studies, or an equivalent qualification.
\n\t
Experience: Experience in project management and providing support within a multi-site organisation environment. Experience working with external stakeholders is a plus.
\n\t
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required for effective communication.
\n\t
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
\n\t
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to foster a collaborative environment and work well with a diverse team.
\n\t
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft platforms and products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prior experience with ERP systems or similar business solutions is an advantage.
