&lt;p&gt;As the IT Infrastructure, Operations &amp;amp; Security Manager, you will spearhead the management and maintenance of our Client&#039;s IT infrastructure and security protocols. This multifaceted role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to ensure the smooth operation and protection of critical systems.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Manage and maintain IT infrastructure:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Oversee the smooth operation of servers, networks, storage, and other critical systems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;mplement and maintain security controls:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Enforce security policies, configure firewalls, manage access controls, and conduct vulnerability assessments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;T&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;roubleshoot and resolve IT issues:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring system availability.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Stay abreast of evolving technologies:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Continuously learn and adapt to emerging trends in infrastructure and security solutions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Lead and manage IT infrastructure and security changes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to minimize disruption and ensure successful implementation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Communicate effectively with stakeholders:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering collaboration and buy-in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Train and support users:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide clear and concise training on new technologies and processes, ensuring user proficiency and maximizing system utilization.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Develop and manage IT infrastructure and security budgets:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Allocate resources effectively, considering long-term needs, potential ROI, and cost optimization.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Negotiate with vendors and service providers:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Secure the best possible deals for hardware, software, and security solutions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Monitor and track IT expenditures:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bachelor&#039;s Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Studies or an equivalent.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Minimum 4 years experience in a Team Leader or Management position.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong communication and problem-solving skills.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ambitious, good attitude, willing to learn and promote teamwork spirit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience in IT Networking &amp;amp; IT Security methodologies.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience in Data Centre Infrastructure such as Servers, Storage, Clustering and Network Appliances.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience in Data Centre Applications such as VMware, Veeam, VPN, 3CX PABX Systems, and other relevant services.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience in ITIL Processes &amp;amp; IT Operations best practices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sound Experience in Microsoft platforms and products such as Microsoft Office 365 &amp;amp; Advanced Threat Protection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experienced working in multi-site organisations environment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Willingness to be on-call and travel to off-sites.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
