Role Overview

The IT Manager - Infrastructure will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the Company's IT infrastructure, ensuring robust security measures and optimal system performance. This hands-on position requires both technical expertise and leadership skills to manage day-to-day IT operations, implement change management processes, oversee budgeting, and track KPIs. The successful candidate will lead a team while fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure: Oversee the smooth operation of servers, networks, storage, and other critical systems.

Implement and maintain security controls: Enforce security policies, configure firewalls, manage access controls, and conduct vulnerability assessments.
\n\t
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues: Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
\n\t
Stay abreast of evolving technologies: Continuously learn and adapt to emerging trends in infrastructure and security.

Lead and manage IT infrastructure changes: Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\n\n
\n\t
Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Studies or equivalent.
\n\t
Experience: Minimum of 4 years experience in a Team Leader or Management position in IT.
\n\t
Technical Knowledge: Experience in IT Networking, IT Security, Data Centre Infrastructure, and Applications (e.g., VMware, Veeam, 3CX PABX Systems).
\n\t
ITIL Processes: Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT operations best practices.
\n\t
Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication skills to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\n\t
Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve IT challenges.
\n\t
Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate team members.
\n\t
On-call: Must be willing to be on-call and travel to off-site locations as required.
