About This Job
Responsibilities:
- Managing 5-7 vacancies at the same time: development, design, marketing, support;
- Full recruiting cycle: liaising with hiring managers to clarify and gather job requirements, creating a clear candidate profile, sourcing, attracting, and assessing candidates meeting company requirements, organizing and conducting candidate interviews, evaluating soft skills, providing feedback to candidates;
- Work predominantly with cold sourcing of candidates;
- Search for new channels to attract candidates for vacancies;
- Planning and coordinating the onboarding process for new remote employees;
- Interacting with stakeholders for successful integration of new employees;
- Supporting employees throughout the adaptation period, assisting with queries, conducting adaptation meetings, and evaluating the probationary period.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of recruiting experience with a focus on cold sourcing candidates;
- Experience with LinkedIn, Telegram, boolean/x-ray search, and other candidate sourcing tools;
- Fluent Russian, excellent English skills - B2+;
- Flexibility, quick adaptability, persuasive skills, proactivity;
- Highly organized and able to work in a multitasking environment;
- Responsibility and diligence in ensuring an effective recruiting and onboarding process;
- Responsiveness and ability to successfully interact with various personality types.
