Key Responsibilities

Provide expert IT support and troubleshooting to clients, both remotely and on-site.
Install, configure, and maintain Linux, Cisco firmware, VLANs, VPNs, and Microsoft systems.
Manage and optimize databases to ensure efficient performance.
Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
\n
5 to 10 years of experience in an IT service company.
Proficiency or certification in Linux.
CCNA/CCNP certification or relevant experience with Cisco firmware, VLANs, and VPNs.
Microsoft certification or demonstrable experience.
Strong database management skills.
Ability to work flexibly both on-site and in-office.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
