Asan IT Support Administrator, you`ll be part of the Infrastructure and Security Department which is responsible for the 24/7 technology operations of Immense Group. You`ll be responsible to install, configure, diagnose, repair and upgrade computer systems. Your main tasks will be to:

Act as the first line of support to end-users
\r\n
Document technical issues and solutions
\r\n
Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade hardware/equipment/ security systems
\r\n
Manage end-user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best practices
\r\n
Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure systems along with server and workstation patching
\r\n
Administer physical and virtual servers
\r\n
Manage the physical environment of the server racks
\r\n
Monitor and maintain networks to ensure security throughout the infrastructure
