Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues with hardware, operating systems, printers, servers, and network devices.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

Education: A diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology or a related field is desirable. A+ certification is an asset.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar technical support role, ideally within a dynamic business environment.

Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
