This IT Systems Admin role places you at the heart of high-availability operations powering gaming and betting platforms. You’ll manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, ensure seamless system performance, and resolve technical issues that directly affect service uptime and user experience. In a fast-moving, high-stakes environment, your expertise will drive system reliability, security, and innovation.
As part of a skilled team, you’ll combine hands-on system administration with proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet performance and compliance standards, and support business-critical projects that enhance operations and scalability.
You will:
• Administer and maintain IT systems, networks, and virtual environments
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability across production and backup systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating where necessary to maintain uptime
• Implement upgrades, patches, and security enhancements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support continuous improvement
Skills / Experience:
• 2–4 years’ experience in IT systems administration or a similar technical role
• Solid knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments, networking, and system security
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Experience in high-availability or mission-critical environments (e.g., gaming, fintech) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Industry certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA) are advantageous
