&lt;p&gt;The &lt;strong&gt;Junior Accountant &lt;/strong&gt;will play a key role in supporting the accounting and corporate compliance requirements of international clients. This position offers an opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic team while gaining hands-on experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and client relations. &lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Bookkeeping &amp;amp; Accounting Support&lt;/strong&gt;: Assist with the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Compliance &amp;amp; Reporting&lt;/strong&gt;: Support the preparation of management accounts, annual financial statements, and tax returns.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;VAT &amp;amp; Tax Filings&lt;/strong&gt;: Assist clients with VAT return preparation and submission, ensuring compliance with regulations.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Client Interaction&lt;/strong&gt;: Liaise with international clients and stakeholders, including banks, law firms, and accounting professionals.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Financial Administration&lt;/strong&gt;: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and corporate governance requirements.  &lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Education&lt;/strong&gt;: In the process of obtaining an accounting qualification such as ACCA or an advanced diploma in accounting.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Experience&lt;/strong&gt;: Minimum of two years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within an accounting or corporate services firm.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Language Skills&lt;/strong&gt;: Excellent command of English is required. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Communication Skills&lt;/strong&gt;: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with international clients.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Interpersonal Skills&lt;/strong&gt;: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Technical Skills&lt;/strong&gt;: Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with accounting software such as Xero is considered an asset.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Organisation&lt;/strong&gt;: Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently.  &lt;/li&gt;
