Junior Auditor

We are offering an excellent junior level career opportunity for a candidate with general accounting experience.

You will be part of a young innovative team of professionals working to perform the financial audit of our vast client portfolio.

The ideal candidate must be familiar with general accounting principles, be able to work comfortably with numbers, and attentive to detail. You will be expected to assist in the performance of audit engagements to the high standard of quality expected of employees of the firm.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in client audit engagements, collaborating with the team while maintaining autonomy in tasks;

- Assist in executing and completing financial audits under supervision;

- Report directly to the Audit Senior and Audit Manager;

- Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence under the guidance of senior team members;

- Other responsibilities as discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications, Experience and Key Skills:

- Currently reading for an ACCA, ACA or a recognized University Accounting degree;

- Familiarity with local audit processes will be considered an asset;

- Demonstrable experience in working in a team and adhering to demanding deadlines;

- Great attention to detail;

- Sound computer literacy : MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;

- Strong organizational skills.

- Good team player;

- Be fluent in the English language (both written and spoken);
