Manage both online and manual filing systems related to the Malta Business Registry.\n\t
Work with internal teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.\n\t
Ensure company statutory records are consistently updated and maintained accurately.\n\t
Record funds received and disbursed meticulously.\n\t
Prepare corporate documents for review, and arrange their execution and filing.\n\t
Assist in performing occasional reviews of client files.\n\t
Provide support to other team members on corporate and compliance issues.\n
\nRequirement:\n\n
\n\t
Possess at least an Advanced Level of education. (A-Level)\n\t
Ideally have 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role.\n\t
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.\n\t
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Maltese is an asset.\n\t
Preferably familiar with document filing procedures used by the Malta Business Registry (MBR). Understand what a company secretary does. \n\t
Training will be provided. \n
