Role Overview \nOur Client is seeking a proactive and motivated Junior IT Executive to support the smooth running of its internal IT systems. The successful candidate will contribute to the day-to-day maintenance and development of IT infrastructure, assist in troubleshooting, and support employees across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Assistance: Support the IT infrastructure by resolving hardware and software issues to minimise downtime.
\n\t
System Maintenance: Assist with routine system checks, repairs, and upkeep to ensure smooth operations.
\n\t
Equipment Setup: Participate in the configuration and deployment of hardware and software, including workstation setups.
\n\t
User Support: Provide front-line technical support to employees both in-person and remotely, resolving queries efficiently.
\n\t
Data Accuracy: Support regular data cleansing tasks to maintain accurate system information under guidance from the IT Manager.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\n\n
\n\t
Education: MQF Level 4 qualification in ICT is required. Additional certifications such as IT Essentials, CCNA, MCSA, or MCSE would be considered an asset.
\n\t
Experience: At least one year of experience in a similar role is preferred, although on-the-job training will be offered.
\n\t
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
