&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Role Overview:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Junior Sportsbook Operations Administrator is responsible for performing operational tasks, which include, but are not limited to event creation and resulting, review and resolution of internal and external product related requests, as well as overall monitoring and improvement of the automated operational setup.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;em&gt;Betting Event Management:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Set up manual events and create mappings for automated event creation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor and update event start times to ensure accurate offerings.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Result events and monitor automated resulting.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Clone and replicate events for offering additional markets on events.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor internal requests for additional markets resulting or market creation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Operational Support:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support customer support team on requests regarding market results, market availability, and general sportsbook questions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Acknowledging, resolving or escalating requests from business partners in a timely manner.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitoring of automated alerts related to resulting and event creation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cancel pending wagers in case when balances of customers become negative due to regrades.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quality Assurance:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Permanent review of outstanding unresulted markets to ensure that all markets are settled.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Report tool inefficiencies and other issues with the existing tooling available.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Update and maintain mapping of external data sources, such as league and team names.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor media for Esports news.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;amp; Perform other duties as assigned.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience and Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Qualifications in Sports Management, Maths, Statistics, or a related field will be considered a plus.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good knowledge of Sports and Esports.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with Sportsbook Markets.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in a sportsbook, betting, or gaming environment is advantageous&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Quick self-learner.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong attention to detail and accuracy.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Accurate and fast typing skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to search and investigate different sports and events online.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communication and interpersonal skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
