Role Overview
Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Tax Accountant to join their tax compliance team. Key Responsibilities

VAT Compliance: Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns and other VAT-related documentation.
\r\n
Tax Computations: Carry out tax computations and prepare accurate tax returns in a timely manner.
\r\n
Client Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of companies, ensuring all client deliverables are met.
\r\n
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on assigned tasks and client matters.
\r\n
Client Service: Maintain high-quality service standards and ensure deadlines are consistently achieved.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\r\n

Education: Currently pursuing ACCA or a Degree in Accountancy.
\r\n
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset but is not essential.
\r\n
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional approach to client interaction.
