Our projects range from residential gardens to Large scale Offices, and we’re looking for a passionate &lt;strong&gt;Landscape Architect&lt;/strong&gt; to join our growing team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Role Overview:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt; As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for designing outdoor &amp;amp; indoor environments that harmonize aesthetics, ecology, and functionality. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to bring innovative landscape solutions to life.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop landscape designs, master plans, and planting schemes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Conduct site analysis and environmental impact assessments.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in landscape design and project management.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong understanding of horticulture, ecology, and sustainable design principles.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and presentation skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preferred Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with Mediterranean climate and native plant species.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with Maltese planning regulations and environmental policies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
