As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for the efficient and timely processing of hotel linen and guest laundry. You’ll work as part of the housekeeping team to ensure all linen is cleaned, stored, and delivered to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation—supporting the hotel in delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

Operate laundry equipment (washers, dryers, pressers) safely and efficiently.
\r\n
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linen, uniforms, and guest laundry according to hotel procedures.
\r\n
Inspect all laundry for stains, damage, or wear, and report any issues to the supervisor.
\r\n
Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
\r\n
Manage the collection and delivery of guest laundry and ensure timely return.
\r\n
Maintain proper inventory levels of linen and laundry supplies.
\r\n
Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found laundry items.
\r\n
Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth coordination.
\r\n
Ensure all laundry is presented and stored according to hotel standards.
\r\n

Requirements:

\r\n
Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is preferred, ideally in a 4- or 5-star hotel setting.
\r\n
Basic understanding of laundry equipment and processes.
\r\n
Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks such as lifting and carrying linen.
\r\n
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
\r\n
Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
\r\n
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
\r\n
Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
\r\n
