	&lt;li&gt;Hold a University Degree in Law;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Possess a warrant to practice law in Malta;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Have experience in the Corporate industry of 2 to 3 years;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Be proficient and fluent in both written and verbal English, with additional languages being considered an asset;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Be organized and able to perform demanding transactions;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Be willing to work effectively and develop within the firm;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Have a professional mindset and excellent communication skills
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
