&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Privacy Compliance:&lt;/strong&gt; Ensure adherence to GDPR and other relevant regulations by leading data protection compliance efforts. Draft and review privacy policies, consent forms, and data processing agreements, and provide assistance with data breaches and privacy incidents.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;TMT Legal Support:&lt;/strong&gt; Advise on intellectual property matters, including licensing agreements, content distribution, copyright, and trademark issues. Offer legal guidance on various technology-related projects.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Legal Research &amp;amp; Advisory:&lt;/strong&gt; Stay ahead of developments in data protection and TMT laws, providing clients with proactive and practical legal advice.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Client Relations:&lt;/strong&gt; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering expert legal counsel tailored to their business needs.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Training &amp;amp; Development:&lt;/strong&gt; Conduct informative training sessions on data protection and privacy best practices for both clients and colleagues.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Education:&lt;/strong&gt; Qualified lawyer with Bar admission in Malta.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Experience:&lt;/strong&gt; Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience, with a demonstrated focus on privacy and data protection.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Language Skills:&lt;/strong&gt; Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Communication Skills:&lt;/strong&gt; Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capability to articulate complex legal matters clearly.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
