We are seeking a Lead Admin and HR Business Officer to join an aviation company which is a joint venture between Bianchi Group of Companies and a leading global airline.
The Lead Admin and HR Business Officer will be providing professional Human Resources support and project assistance for the HR Business requirements of the Company while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and processes. The role will focus on facilitating HR operations, supporting administrative requests, and enhancing business efficiency through streamlined processes and effective communication with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Operating as the communication hub for HR business requirements, ensuring smooth information flow;
• Composing correspondence, reports, and official documents;
• Organising and maintaining department records for accessibility;
• Communicating company policies, procedures, and HR processes to the business;
• Facilitating and assisting in providing training on key HR and management skills;
• Supporting the HR Business Partner in conducting investigations and recruitment approvals;
• Assisting in monitoring employee performance through development plans and reviews;
• Preparing documentation for employment changes and salary adjustments;
• Conducting research on HR best practices and making recommendations;
• Supporting the team in requisitions of office supplies and new workstations;
• Managing administrative tasks including arranging meetings, handling queries, and preparing reports;
• Assisting in preparing the yearly budget and organisational charts;
• Acting as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders;
• Providing administrative and logistical support for interviews and reporting;
• Creating and endorsing workflow requests, including purchase orders; and,
• Ensuring compliance with data protection, safety, and HR policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience;
• Experience in HR and administrative roles;
• Strong understanding of HR management theories and best practices;
• Excellent administration, organization, and communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software;
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functions; and,
• Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and data protection.
