    	        	Our client, a newly established advisory firm is currently looking to grow its team with the addition of a Legal Associate.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Support Legal Counsels in client advisory on emerging tech matters across EU and global markets related to Gaming, Crypto &amp;amp; AI.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Research regulatory regimes including MiCA, DORA, Gaming Laws and international frameworks.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Draft regulatory analyses and client memoranda for cross-border compliance.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Monitor developments from ESMA, national EU regulators, and global regulatory bodies.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;LLD. or equivalent EU legal qualification.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Whilst experience would be considered an asset, newly graduated candidates would also be considered for this role.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong understanding of EU crypto regulations (MiCA, AML6, DORA)
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Interest in Digital Assets, Gaming and fintech regulatory landscape.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent research and communication skills with cross-jurisdictional experience.
