Key Responsibilities

Legal Support: Assist with legal matters involving corporate, immigration, contractual, employment, data protection, compliance, shipping, and regulatory issues.

Document Drafting: Prepare legal and corporate documentation to support client and internal operations.
\n\t
Immigration Matters: Manage documentation for work permit and residency applications, supporting both individual and corporate clients.
\n\t
Policy Review: Oversee the review and upkeep of internal firm policies, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
\n\t
Client Support: Address and resolve client requests related to the Legal Team’s areas of expertise with professionalism and diligence.
\n\t
Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research, case analysis, and jurisprudence reviews to support decision-making.
\n\t
Regulatory Updates: Stay informed on changes and updates across various legal sectors and communicate these as needed.
\n\t
Authority Liaison: Represent clients in interactions with competent authorities, ensuring efficient and accurate communication.

Project Management: Take ownership of specific legal projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met.

Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support related to legal operations as required.
