&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Legal Research and Analysis:&lt;/strong&gt; Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice and develop effective litigation strategies in constitutional law, real estate, civil &amp;amp; commercial litigation, and arbitration.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Drafting and Advocacy:&lt;/strong&gt; Prepare persuasive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, and represent clients in court proceedings.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Client Communication: &lt;/strong&gt;Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases and addressing any concerns.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Collaboration: &lt;/strong&gt;Work collaboratively with colleagues within the litigation team and across other practice areas to provide comprehensive legal services.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Legal Expertise:&lt;/strong&gt; Possess a strong academic background and a warrant in law and at least two years of post-qualification experience in litigation.&lt;/li&gt;
