The PVC pipe extruder machine operators typically show workers overseeing large industrial machines with hoppers for raw plastic material, a rotating screw, a heated barrel, and a die that shapes the molten plastic into pipes.&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Machine Operation:&lt;/strong&gt; Start, monitor, and stop machines according to production schedules and instructions. Load materials and components correctly.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Setup &amp;amp; Changeovers:&lt;/strong&gt; Perform basic machine setups, adjustments, and routine changeovers to meet production requirements.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Quality Control:&lt;/strong&gt; Inspect finished parts and in-process components for defects; perform simple measurements and report discrepancies.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Maintenance &amp;amp; Cleaning:&lt;/strong&gt; Carry out daily cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance; report faults and coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Safety &amp;amp; Compliance:&lt;/strong&gt; Adhere to health, safety, and environmental procedures; use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow lockout/tagout protocols as required.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Documentation:&lt;/strong&gt; Complete production logs, quality checks, and inventory records accurately and on time.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Teamwork:&lt;/strong&gt; Communicate with supervisors and colleagues to meet production targets, assist in training peers, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills &amp;amp; Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Experience:&lt;/strong&gt; Entry-level candidates welcome; prior exposure to PVC machine and Extruder machine operation is an advantage (The PVC pipe extruder machine operators typically show workers overseeing large industrial machines with hoppers for raw plastic material, a rotating screw, a heated barrel, and a die that shapes the molten plastic into pipes)&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Education:&lt;/strong&gt; Basic secondary education or equivalent.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Technical Skills:&lt;/strong&gt; Comfortable using hand tools and basic measuring instruments (calipers, gauges).
