Eden Entertainment Centre is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Personnel to help ensure our facilities and attractions remain safe, functional, and in top condition. As a vital part of our team, you’ll play a key role in delivering the high-quality experience.&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main Duties/Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carrying out minor and major repair of the building services and equipment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Performing preventive maintenance procedures on building and equipment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Performing electrical and plumbing maintenance; and repairs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Repairing plaster and drywall; Repairing of drywall and soffit&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Painting and plaster of internal and external works;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;May install cables, pipes and other equipment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The ideal candidate must be well-organised with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail are valued greatly in this job.&lt;/p&gt;
