&lt;p&gt;As a member of the team, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the property section within Vassallo Group Realty Ltd.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main Responsibilities include:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preventative Maintenance:&lt;/strong&gt; Perform regular inspections, servicing, and repairs on property structures, and systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns or leaks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Troubleshooting and Repairs:&lt;/strong&gt; Diagnose issues and efficiently perform repairs to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Plastering and Painting:&lt;/strong&gt; Carry out plastering, painting, and touch-up work as needed to maintain the aesthetic and structural integrity of the premises.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Drain Blockages:&lt;/strong&gt; Respond to and resolve issues related to blocked drains, ensuring proper drainage and preventing further complications.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Structural Issues:&lt;/strong&gt; Identify and address any structural issues within the building, including minor repairs and coordination of more significant work as necessary.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Appliance Upgrades and Modifications:&lt;/strong&gt; Assist in the installation, upgrading, and modification of equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Inventory Management:&lt;/strong&gt; Monitor and manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies, parts, and tools, ensuring necessary materials are available for repairs and upgrades.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Collaboration and Communication:&lt;/strong&gt; Work closely with other departments to coordinate repairs, improvements, and equipment installations while providing timely updates on maintenance progress.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Electrical Readings:&lt;/strong&gt; Take regular electrical readings to monitor power consumption, identify irregularities, and ensure compliance with energy standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Water Readings:&lt;/strong&gt; Take regular water readings to track usage, detect leaks, and ensure systems are functioning properly.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Safety Compliance:&lt;/strong&gt; Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring that all work complies with health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment for all staff.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications and Experience:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Having two (2) years’ experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Organizational skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Able to build customer relationships and ensure good communication.&lt;/li&gt;
