&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Role&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;We are looking for a Management Consultant to join our team in Mosta on a full-time basis. You will work across our range of services, managing client projects and giving clients sound, practical advice. One engagement might involve reviewing how a business operates, the next might mean preparing a funding application or supporting a strategy. You will also take a lead role in identifying funding opportunities for our clients.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We Are Looking For&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Essential:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Clear, confident communication, both written and verbal&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The ability to take a complicated situation and turn it into clear plans, priorities and actions&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A practical mindset and a habit of getting things done&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comfort working on different types of projects and switching between them&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Desirable:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience on projects funded through national or EU funding schemes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Project management experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A proactive approach to finding and delivering solutions&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Education:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A bachelor&#039;s degree in Business Management, Public Policy, Project Management, European Studies or a related field&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
