Assist the lawyers in handling client queries related to ship and yacht registration, as well as company incorporation (as the case may be), ensuring smooth follow-up and accurate documentation.\n\t
Assist in the processing, registration and renewal of vessels, crew certifications and other related documentation.\n\t
Manage administrative duties such as maintaining filing systems, archiving, billing and time recording.\n\t
Prepare, issue, and manage invoices as well as follow up on payments and handle debt collection processes.\n\t
Liaise regularly with local and international maritime authorities, including Transport Malta.\n\t
Collaborate with Accounts, Corporate, and Compliance departments to ensure smooth billing and registration workflows.\n\t
Maintain accurate records and ensure all procedures are followed meticulously and promptly.\n

Requirements:

Minimum A-Level standard of education.\n\t
Relevant administrative or maritime qualification is an asset.\n\t
Strong command of English (spoken and written) – knowledge of Maltese is considered an advantage.\n\t
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a collaborative team.\n\t
Previous experience in the maritime industry or a similar administrative role is highly desirable.\n
