Role Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the market and activating new outlets within an assigned territory, while maximising profit through effective merchandising and promotion of company products.

Key Responsibilities
\n
Ensure consistent execution of merchandising standards and proper management of outlet stock.
Accurately place products in customers' outlets, manage product rotation, and expand product displays.
Participate in promotional actions and activities organised by the Sales and Marketing Department.
Implement channel strategies for existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
\n
Computer-literate.
Fluency in English and Maltese.
Valid Driving License in Category B and possession of own vehicle.
Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
Outgoing and pleasant disposition.
