Pemix Distributors Ltd is an importer and distributor of a vast range of products, including foodstuffs, baby food, personal hygiene, confectionery, and others.

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to enhance our multi-brand presence and drive business growth. If you are passionate about marketing, have a strong understanding of digital marketing, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job duties will involve:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to meet company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
  • Manage and maintain social media channels, including content creation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing events, promotions, and product launches.
  • Monitor, analyze and present campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Create engaging content for marketing materials, email newsletters, and digital platforms.
  • Manage the company's website and help optimize content for SEO.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and third parties.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  • Assist in the running of the company’s baby club.
  • Conduct other company duties as required.

Requirements for this position:

  • Degree and/or diploma in Marketing or any related field. Possession of a digital marketing qualification will be considered an asset;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta suite, Google Ads, WordPress etc)
  • Good command of both Maltese and English languages;
  • Basic Knowledge of Photoshop and/or similar;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • An outgoing, trustworthy, and motivated can-do attitude;
  • The ability to work on own initiative;
  • Working experience in the FMCG industry will be considered an asset;
  • Possess a driving license.
