&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a &lt;strong&gt;Marketing Executive&lt;/strong&gt; to lead the marketing efforts of Jobhound, strengthening our brand presence and driving engagement with both employers and job seekers. This role involves &lt;strong&gt;digital marketing, content creation, and paid advertising&lt;/strong&gt;, ensuring Jobhound remains top of mind for hiring companies. Additionally, you will assist with the promotion of job vacancies for our clients, optimizing their visibility through targeted campaigns.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You’ll Be Doing&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Marketing for Jobhound.mt&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Managing Jobhound’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Creating and publishing content (blog posts, website updates, social media posts)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Running email marketing campaigns to engage companies and job seekers&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Developing relationships with media for PR and brand awareness&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Job Advertising &amp;amp; Performance Marketing&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Creating job promotion posts and launching targeted ads (LinkedIn, FB/IG Ads)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Analyzing jobs performance and deciding on additional boosts for better reach&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Optimizing budgets and testing new advertising strategies to increase applications&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We’re Looking For&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2+ years of experience in digital marketing&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and digital campaign management&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong content creation skills: writing, ideation, and execution&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with email marketing tools (HubSpot, or similar)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Analytical mindset with familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A proactive, independent, and creative approach to marketing&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in both &lt;strong&gt;English&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;Maltese&lt;/strong&gt;, with excellent both verbal and written communication skills&lt;/li&gt;
