Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across the company’s restaurant brands. This role requires a hands-on marketing professional with a creative mindset and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will plan and implement marketing campaigns, manage digital and social media presence, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent and impactful brand message.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Execution: Implement and manage marketing initiatives that align with each brand’s positioning and business objectives.
\n\t
Campaign Management: Plan and execute promotional campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and in-restaurant experiences.
\n\t
Content Creation & Social Media: Work closely with designers and agencies to develop engaging content that enhances brand presence across all marketing channels.
\n\t
Market Research & Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends and customer data to inform marketing decisions and improve engagement.
\n\t
Digital Marketing: Oversee social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM (through supplier/agency), and online advertising to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.
\n\t
Collaborations & Partnerships: Work with influencers, media, and external partners to enhance brand reach and awareness.
\n\t
Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\n\n
\n\t
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a marketing role. Ideally have a strong interest in food and restaurants. Marketing for Hospitality, F&B, or retail would be a plus.
\n\t
Language Skills: Excellent command of English; Maltese proficiency is an asset.
\n\t
Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey ideas effectively across teams and stakeholders.
\n\t
Digital Expertise: Experience with SEO & SEM (though these are outsourced), social media management, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems).
\n\t
Creativity & Problem-Solving: A creative thinker with strong analytical skills to develop and optimize campaigns.
\n\t
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.

Self-Starter: Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for marketing and brand-building.
