Responsibilities
\n\nDevelop and implement the firm’s annual marketing and business development plan
\n\t\n\tIdentify growth opportunities and coordinate marketing strategies for key practice areas
\n\t\n\tTrack ROI and performance of marketing initiatives and report directly to leadership
\n\t\n\tMaintain and evolve the firm’s visual and messaging identity across all channels
\n\t\n\tCreate marketing collateral such as brochures, pitch decks, profiles, and internal templates
\n\t\n\tDraft and distribute newsletters, legal insights, press releases, and internal announcements
\n\t\n\tOversee the firm’s website, including content updates, SEO, user experience, and analytics
\n\t\n\tManage social media channels and develop campaigns that build audience engagement
\n\t\n\tCoordinate digital advertising and content strategy where relevant
\n\t\n\tSupport partners and fee earners with client presentations, proposals, and RFPs
\n\t\n\tMaintain and leverage CRM data to support client targeting and email campaigns
\n\t\n\tIdentify awards, rankings, and speaking opportunities, and manage directory submissions (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500)
\n\t\n\tManage the firm’s membership in international networks (e.g., WSG, IBA, IFG) to maximize investments.
\n\t\n\tPlan and manage firm-hosted seminars, webinars, and client events
\n\t\n\tSupport lawyers’ participation in industry events, conferences, and sponsorships
\n\t\n\tDevelop post-event follow-up and business development tracking processes
\n\t\n\tPrepare regular updates to the Managing Partner on marketing activity, priorities, and results
\n\t\n\tManage relationships with external vendors (graphic designers, web developers, PR agencies)
\n\t\n\tMaintain a consistent schedule and workflow for all ongoing marketing initiatives
\n\t\n
\nRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
\n\t\n\t3-4 years of experience in a marketing role.
\n\t\n\tStrong writing and editing skills with ability to draft high-quality content independently
\n\t\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress (or other CMS), and social media tools
\n\t\n\tFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., InterAction, Salesforce) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
\n\t\n\tKnowledge of legal directories and rankings submissions (Chambers, Legal 500) (preferred)
\n\t\n\tUnderstanding of B2B professional services marketing strategy and trends (preferred)
