Massage Therapist

Radiance Wellness is seeking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced massage therapist to join our team and work in a luxurious wellness centre located in Malta, offering a wide range of holistic massage treatments. The chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional relaxation experience to our clients in the most serene and relaxing atmosphere.

What is expected from you:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Deliver high quality treatments in a professional setting.
• Perform a wide range of massage treatments including traditional Thai and Balinese massages, Reflexology, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Indian Ayurvedic Massages.
• Assess the needs of guests and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Prepare workstations and treatment rooms before/after each service according to company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness within the treatment rooms and facilities.
• Promote spa services and products.
• Create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Take reservations in the online booking system.
• Keep up to date with health and safety protocols and ensure these are followed at all times.
• Willing to work at own initiative.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in massage therapy in a Spa or Wellness Centre. Candidates with experience in Balinese and Thai massages will be given priority.
• Relevant certifications in massage therapy or related wellness field.
• Additional certifications in the field of natural therapies, Ayurvedic treatments, and various body treatments (body scrubs, body wraps, hydrotherapy) will be considered an asset.
• Good team spirit and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in English language (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills.
