Dehler and Grand Soleil Yachts are seeking an ambitious and experienced full-time Sales Broker to join our Motorboats Sales Division.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main tasks and responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As a &lt;strong&gt;Motorboat Yacht Broker&lt;/strong&gt; with Yachting Partners Malta, you’re expected to possess a blend of technical knowledge, interpersonal skill, and business savvy. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duties Include:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop leads and sell both new and second-hand yachts from our portfolio of brands&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;List pre-owned motor yachts to sell&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinating viewings, sea trials, and inspections&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Negotiating sales and purchase agreements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Participate at International and local Boat Shows&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Listing and marketing of yachts using our digital platforms&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Conducting market research to determine competitive pricing&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform Factory visits with potential clients for new built yachts&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Educational and skill requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The ideal candidate should possess a blend of qualifications and attributes geared toward excellence in customer service including:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in sales, preferably within the luxury goods or marine industry&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A passion for the sea&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communication and negotiation skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comprehensive knowledge of boats and related technologies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and within a team environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;High degree of professionalism and discretion&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Competence with digital marketing tools and CRM systems&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Willingness to travel for client meetings, sea trials, and industry events&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Nautical Licence&lt;/li&gt;
