&lt;p&gt;Multilingual Bartender – Premium Lounge Bar&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Location: St. Julian’s, Malta&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Employment Type: Full-time, shift-based&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Languages Required: Maltese, English + any two of the following: Italian, French, Spanish, German&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About the Role:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are currently seeking a skilled and multilingual Bartender to join our vibrant team in a well-established cocktail &amp;amp; lounge bar located in the heart of St. Julian’s. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate fluently with an international clientele.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with the bar’s signature standards&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Take accurate drink orders and provide recommendations when requested&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Work closely with floor staff and kitchen team to deliver a seamless guest experience&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Fluency in Maltese and English (both spoken and written)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Italian, French, Spanish, German&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Previous experience working in a busy bar or hospitality venue (minimum 1 year preferred)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Strong interpersonal and communication skills&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent customer service mindset&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Valid work permit for Malta or EU citizenship&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
