&lt;p&gt;We are seeking an experienced &lt;strong&gt;Night Shift Supervisor&lt;/strong&gt; with a deep understanding of the &lt;strong&gt;A2P SMS (Application-to-Person Short Messaging Service)&lt;/strong&gt; industry. This critical role provides after-hours operational support and supervision to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction during non-Central European Time working hours.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The successful candidate will act as the first line of support for our global client base, with a specific focus on &lt;strong&gt;Sub-Saharan mobile network operators (MNOs)&lt;/strong&gt; and clients. A strong background in technical troubleshooting, client relationship management, and SMS routing is essential.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee night shift operations to ensure the consistent and reliable delivery of A2P SMS traffic.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor SMS platform performance and proactively resolve service disruptions or anomalies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues during night hours.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaise with Sub-Saharan MNOs and clients, ensuring professional and efficient communication.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Analyze and resolve routing, delivery, and latency issues using expert-level technical knowledge.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain detailed logs and incident reports for handover to day-shift teams.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with the broader technical and operations teams to optimize service quality.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Conduct real-time diagnostics and liaise with suppliers or internal developers as needed.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preferred Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Residency in &lt;strong&gt;Malta&lt;/strong&gt; is highly desirable for seamless integration with local teams.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous supervisory or team lead experience on technical support desks or NOCs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with common SMS gateway platforms, dashboards, and analytical tools.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Working Conditions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;This role operates &lt;strong&gt;exclusively during night hours&lt;/strong&gt;, covering non-CET time zones.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Must be available for weekend or holiday rotation if needed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Remote work can be considered for exceptional candidates, but Malta-based applicants will be prioritized.&lt;/li&gt;
