✅ Updating databases, spreadsheets, and records with accuracy
✅ Assisting in preparing official documents, reports, and submissions for regulatory bodies
✅ Supporting our in-house Accountant with bookkeeping entries and reconciliations
✅ Communicate and collaborate with clients, suppliers and third parties to support day-to- day operations and project needs
✅Maintaining a well-organized system for both digital and physical files
✅ Collaborating with colleagues to improve internal processes
✅ Ensuring our office environment remains professional, and welcoming
✅ Taking on various tasks as assigned by management to support company goals
Qualifications & Skills:
\r\n✅ A minimum of one year’s experience in a professional administrative role.
✅ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
✅ Excellent command of both English and Maltese, in written and spoken form.
✅ Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded and considered an asset.
